Dovetailed Step Stool

An original design with elements inspired by the Shakers, this dovetailed step stool is built to last for generations. Perfect for children and adults alike, the design helps provide extra reach with stability and support for up to 250 pounds. It can double as a small chair for little ones and can be customized with custom text as desired. The stool tapers from front to back and features traditional joinery techniques including dovetails and a wedged tenon without the need for any screws, bolts, or other modern fasteners. The piece comes fully assembled and is finished with a premium mixture of penetrating linseed oil and natural pine resin to provide long-lasting and easily refreshed protection.

Wood is a natural material, so grain and colorations are unique in every piece we make. Photos depict a representative sample, but each item is truly one of a kind.
